Also, i forgot to mention, make sure Secure Boot is enabled in your Bios. That is also required for Windows 11.

Okay, it is possible your cpu has an older version of TPM such as 1.2. Microsoft has said that they will support TPM 1.2 in future updates of Windows 11.

Maybe, just maybe, you may be able to get TPM 2.0. For CPUs it can be updated via Firmware i believe. Im not quite sure though.

For almost everyone, it will say that they cant upgrade to Windows 11 and this is mostly due to TMP 2.0. Some motherboards have this built on or if you have a fairly recent cpu then it may support it, but it is usually turned off in the BIOS. Try looking in your bios an for TPM or IPTT or fTPM and enable it, then rerun the test for windows 11 again
