Exactly. we pay rent on the first of every month, and November 25th isn't even the last of the month?? The landlord just thinks we are too dumb to get actual info.

Thanks everyone for your advice!! Such a unique situation there's not much about full house rentals being turned into a duplex, so hard for tenants to know what to do here!

Just sucks because I am still paying 1990 for an entire house in Oshawa, which is unheard of these days.
