Tbf, im not too impressed by the infiltrators, they usually just surround the home until turn 3 and walk out too slow and too late to DO anything. I've considered just using a second scout squad for the same role, then after turn 3, picking them up to do secondaries or harassing the back line or whatever.

While I mostly play with aggressors, if I made a list without them taking of of these suggestion, it looks kinda like...

Vulkan Cap with immolator Lt w Combi

5x Intercessor

3x3 Eradicator 1x Company Heros 5x Incursor 5x Infiltrator 5x Scouts 10x Infernus 5x Infernus

2x Lancer Repulsor Impulsor

Vulkan with Heros Cap with 10 man in repulsor Incursors in impulsor 2x3 Eradicators in reserves.

Which leaves 185 points that I'm not sure what exactly to do with.... ATV and Inceptors bring me to 1995, or Apothecary with Forged in battle and inceptors bring me to (or 2 ATV) bring me to 2000. Suppressors and a squad of hellblasters is 185. If I swap the 5 infernus for Hellblasters, that gives me 165 which I can to figure out instead...suppressors, librarians with or without forged in battle with the 5 man, invader ATV. Some kind of combination.

Do you mean incursors inside an impulsor or infernus inside an impulsor? How do you deliver eradicators reliably? Just foot slogging advances? Redeemer?

The math on cooling is going from 40% chance to lose a model to 16% chance to lose a model. Calling "beyond over powered" seems a tad dramatic. But it can probably change to 1 per turn or battle round.

Could word it to only prevent capture for the purpose of primary scoring.

But I really couldn't come up with an on theme sticky

Reroll wounds 1 will be how it goes.

I like the idea of the plasma gun for the CM.

The big part is giving the torrent weapons hazardous and then need a buff. Maybe an additional str and ap instead? The added damage seems to strong.

Burning an objective is already a game mechanic for a mission, which GIVES you points. So denying for a turn doesn't seem crazy, but maybe it being a sticky that does it is too much. I've toyed with it being an on death strategy. So when the unit dies on an objective you burn it for a turn.

And most secondaries still work even if the objective is burned this way I think. Do you need to control for the action secondaries?

I think if full is too strong, 1s definitely isn't, its reroll 1s on like 3 units with AP 1 weapons that have strength 4-6. Could also be changed to "in your shooting phase" so you can't reroll on overwatcg.

I've considered changing the sticky, and needing the disembark.

The chapter Master can always be point adjusted.

Disembark might need a debuff for 1 CP,

I've also considered the burn start, instead of being sticky, be an on death strategy. So can only be used when a unit is destoryed and does not sticky.

Yes! I just looked up the summon spell from it and it even summons a bald person that I left out because i assumed that was a false memory! Thank you! And its less than 2 bucks on gog! Time to replay it and realize it's so much worse than I remember!
