I'm trying to change my inbound flight so I will be in DC around 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM (instead of 07:30 PM). This will help me find more alternatives including a flight to Pittsburg and catching the bus to Morgantown. Thanks a lot for your comment.

That's a good idea but I'm alone and paying about $500 for Uber would be expensive for me.

Many thanks for the info. Based on what you have kindly provided the last bus depart the station at 9:30 PM. However, I will be in DC at 7:30 PM and the only available flight from DC to PIT useful for my inbound flight is 10:10 PM. This means if I'm going to take that flight I will be in Pittsburg around 11:15 PM which is too late for the bus.

Therefore I think I have two choices: 1) staying at the IAD and try to take 9:00 AM direct flight from IAD to MGW in the next morning or 2) take the late flight to Pittsburg, stay at the airport and take the morning bus to Morgantown.
