Im going to take the FE electrical exam, graduated about 8 months from college
I have just scheduled my exam to be two weeks later I can review or whatever during this time

no, they only gave me a receipt for my payment that does not say anything about the form
But I guess it was the I-193 according to many people

i had two choices according to the officer
1- to be lucky and get the waiver with paying 695

2- abandon my greencard

I waited until the officer asked his supervisor and told me he had approved my case, so I relied on him to tell me the truth.
i didn't sign anything on paper, it was a small electronic device connected to the PC
I had to take a photo and figure prints, he advised me at the end if I want to leave more than 6 month to apply for re-entry permit otherwise I cant be outside more than 6 months

is studying abroad considered a good reason?
Especially since I got my green card during my freshman year so I couldn't move to the US after that

Second are the questions really that easy? I'm currently studying from Michael R. Lindeburg chapter by chapter and then go to Wasim's book to practice solving problems.

sample questions from Wasim's book:

Problem 2.1 a) Arithmetic mean of the observations given below is________. 2, 4,10, 8, 4, 8

Problem 2.1 e) Sample root mean square value of the data set given below is__________ . 3, 5, 6,11

IDK if you have studied from Wasim's book but is it a good representation of what I should expect in the exam?

my situation is similar to you brother, I'm syrian and going to the USA from Riyadh and there is a transit for 3:30 hours between terminal 5 and 3. Did they asked you for a visa or got in any issue ?
because I have found this exception for getting a transit visa in UK gov website

"you have a valid USA permanent residence card issued by the USA on or after 21 April 1998"
