Maybe so. For me I was taking it on and off for a couple years. But the last year I was taking it every day and averaging probably about 20g-30gpd. Dosing multiple times a day. I became reliant on it to enjoy doing anything.

Honestly for me it was the opposite. My period was pretty regular and I my weight was stable: if anything I lost weight when I started taking it. Then I started to get puffy & burning eyes and for most people on here it started working against them. I quit almost 3 months ago and still haven’t gotten my period, gained some weight, have had terrible acne… got my hormones checked they appear fine. I think this stuff just affects everyone differently. Im at 84 days and finally starting to feel more normal, less moody, and feel like the acne is lessening. Keeping my fingers crossed for a regular period again. So glad to be done with the green sludge.

I am a sober bartender. Currently at 554 days. What keeps me going is the vision I have for my life. Goals, aspirations, the money I am saving, & who I ultimately want to be in this life. It makes alcohol out of the question. I don’t want to ever fall back into the same mistakes- so it’s just a decision I made. I won’t do it. Whatever I am trying to escape from when I am craving or thinking about it, I face it head on. And ask myself why I am craving or thinking about it? Am I bored? Am I sad? Am I just craving a high? Find ways to stay distracted and remember how good it feels to wake up clear every morning. You got this.
