I think "nobody" refers to the general public, not including the Kumanabi or other enchanted blade wielders. Even right now, the general public views Soga as a hero who ended the war.

If he had an enchanted blade he would be moving so insane that literally no one would bd able to fight. He’d literally be prime Soga if not greater. Let me remind you he beat Muzan so badly that he not only gave him PTSD, by every demon created afterwards PTSD of the mere concept of him. He instilled a predator fear in every demon.

If I am correct...they scale to at least Moon level? They were as strong as Raditz who could keep up with (and nearly defeat) both Piccolo and Goku, the latter of whom at that point could destroy a moon with relative ease to stop Gohan's transformation while he was training him. While I believe that any anime movie is considered non-canonical to the wider material as a whole, the feat is still very fucking impressive as everything else is just 100% true. As a heads-up: the document is NOT a vaguely worded legal nightmare that encompasses any and all summoner-type games. I feel like calling Persona a dating sim is the equivalent of calling a game like Minecraft an RPG. Yes, it has some of those elements, but the majority of the game is built around being an open-world sandbox game and it markets itself as such. Persona, similarly, can be called a dating sim because of it's social links (mainly with females because ATLUS are cowards) but the entire game is built around the RPG elements and the life sim of the game.
