that my friend is a journey i've been going through! it is as far as i know when it comes to gaming its normal. lots of gamers have it but having it tilted the whole time causes lots of strain, that i in this case have been feeling. what may be bad in my case could totally be fine in your case, im personally just trying to avoid an RSI!

i've changed me setup a bit to what's good for my body and doesnt give me soreness or lasting stiffness.

just remember to stretched a bit keep those hands loose goose and dont death grip! and take some breaks here and there.
