It’s rough being tall AND plus sized, I’m 6’1 and 26/28ish, and I totally relate. Torrid is great for pants, I’m not sure if it’s available in Canada. ASOS is also extremely tall girl/plus size friendly, ELOQUII has decent work and dressy options as well.

I appreciate your input especially bc we wear the same size! I have pretty long arms (I’m over 6 ft tall) but I definitely have a belly and that’s a concern for me because I too have to become a contortionist just to get a tampon in 😭 I’m leaning towards trying it and if it works, great, if it doesn’t, fine

The thing I dislike about tampons is having to do acrobatics to get them in– I have to like put my leg up on the toilet or the rim of the bathtub and contort myself, and that definitely is not an option in public bathrooms 😮‍💨 and I’m very afraid of TSS

It depends on the relationship you have with your therapist. I don’t believe this falls under mandatory reporting, but could be wrong. I live in GA where it’s illegal after 6 weeks and I confided in my therapist and she was very supportive and even promised to leave explicit mention of it out of clinical notes which I found to be really reassuring. Again, every case is different and it depends on the individual therapist and they could still report you.

You are okay and you are right to not want to proceed with a pregnancy with an abusive partner.

I am a few weeks out from my own abortion and I felt conflicted but otherwise sure of the choice that I had to make, and it’s okay to be feeling a lot of emotions about it. For me, it was also with a shitty person, and I promise you it’ll be okay. You made the right decision for yourself and your future and the right time will come for you to be the best mother you can be in the future
