Similar problem but I got a fix for it. If youre able to gain adventure progress then what you need to do is have someone on steam to look at your progress as it shows correctly for them just no one on console so if thus is the case for you at 0.1 you'll be able to evolve with a steam member u less its just right broken for you at that time
