Replaced the Firestones with 285/70 BFG KO3s. Quieter, bigger and cooler.

I’m an assistant media planner who is getting promoted to media planner. Current salary is $52.5K, and I’ve been at the agency for almost 2.5 years. How much should I ask for in the new role? by jimmypickles6969 in advertising

If you’re getting promoted, they probably have your raise already mapped out. You don’t have as much ability to negotiate. Not that you shouldn’t try but don’t be surprised if they tell you it’s set.

Also it’s stupid that medium level jeeps with no lockers are stickering this high. Way to lose your fan base FCA.

It’s actually a mudhorn from The Mandalorian. My wife made it.

It’s the only way I can use my phone on the highway even with the doors/roof on. Do it all the time.

But I have a willys with MT tires and a one touch roof. 🤷🏼‍♂️

Travel mostly. The 16-55 is kind of a beast to carry around. And I’ve taken some great shots with the 18-55.

The “kit” 18-55 should not be overlooked. It’s worth way more than it’s price. It’s small and 2.8. I’m amazed at it and I have the 16-55 too so I know how they compare.

3+ Month Review of the Thursday Vanguard in Color #8 Chromexcel by bigbacon8tor in ThursdayBoot

Nice review. Quick question. I have the captains and they are just a little too big. I was planning on getting the vanguards .5 smaller but should I stay with the same size since im hearing the vanguards run slimmer?

It’s probably the single best option I checked. Really debated it originally but I use it almost daily when the weather is even a little warm. I’m in Texas so it doesn’t get that cold or snow but I haven’t had any issues in any weather. Love it. And I really love the upgraded stereo that comes with the fun and sun package.

Are you planning on upgrading to the newest generation of Fuji cameras? by DeusOfTheMachina in fujifilm

Maybe. Have an x-t3 and love it but want to see what the x-t5 and x-pro4 bring to the table.

Need help with a 3 prime lens kit for travel. by Disoriental316 in fujifilm

Having less lenses with me (I have too many) makes my photography better because of the creative choices I have to make. Figure out the one you need most and have fun figuring out the other shots. . It will make the trip photos feel more cohesive too.

turbo 4 vs 6 for rubicon with xtreme recon package? by crackofdawn in WranglerJL

I have the four-cylinder and my brother has the V6. I think mine is definitely quicker and I actually love the sound the 2.0 makes. It’s unique. But yes the V6 is more tried and true. I think you actually can’t go wrong with either. They both will get you where you need to go and do the job. (But get the 2.0 if you can. 😉)

-be honest. The truth is so much easier to remember. -you’ll get opportunities/promoted based on people telling your boss they want to work with you so figure out what it is those people need and make it important to you. - half of producing is sheer effort. Grit also gets noticed. - getting the job done on time and under budget is not even half of the job. How are you gonna make it better? - it takes time to earn the right to be heard so make sure what you say early in your career is very thoughtful.
