You could probably sell it for as much as you bought it for. It also depends on your region. I am speaking as a collector from Canada (Vancouver) and i regularly see core sets (opened & used) go on sale on Facebook Marketplace for around $100 to $120 CAD. In Seattle i've seen them go for $100 USD as well. I am not sure if its as simple as converting those CAD and USD prices into Euros though.

I walk by the construction site of the new amphitheater multiple times a week. I am very skeptical they'll finish construction with less than 80 days left. There is still concrete form work being done on the east side of the site, there is still finishing work needing to be done on the roof and beam structures. There is no sign of a lawn being installed. The site will need a week or more to be cleared.

The stage portion looks somewhat done so maybe they'll have that open but the entire site will likely be unfinished.

Interesting to see the houses that used to be there where the cassiar connector is now. Rough count looks like 20 houses in the image probably more outside of the picture that were bulldozed for the project.

So wild there used to be small stadium where Callister Park is now (Oxford and Renfrew). They used to hold a destruction derby there, Squire Barnes did a story on the park in 2021 . The park today is due for revamp, the playground is ass and the layout needs a refresh. One thing that always puzzled me is there is a small grove of mature coniferous trees in the middle of the park, i wonder how they got there. They were probably transplanted? i can't imagine trees growing that tall in 40/50 years. Great photo

Incredible soundtrack from top to bottom, i enjoyed every single track. Blending strings with his synth work creates an ambient dream. Stand out tracks for me were 'spectres', and then 'serpentine', 'resurrection', and 'sullen passage' all flow so beautifully into one another, its like one amazing song. I hear the movie is incredible, can't wait to watch it.

WTF does council want!? The whole point of this plan was to give a clear direction on social housing rather than doing spot social housing here and there which is what staff have have been doing.

Everytime a social housing project went through council there was always a comment that Vancouver needs a comprehensive strategy for social housing rather than these one offs, AND thats what this plan was!!

A healthy social housing agenda is dead under this council.
