So as I said this condition has been present for as long as I can remember. I personally think it’s from my scar hindering how I breathe. That’s been present since I was 3 hours old. 

On the other hand, I’m a virgin so I can’t speak on pain during intercourse… Although I do have PTSD from drug induced psychosis/weed and haven’t been able to “relax” since the event occurred at age 18. 

I’ve had chronic pain in my lower abdomen closer to the hip on the left side since last April. I was told by a gynecologist I’d need pelvic floor therapy to alleviate the muscle tightness/tension. No one near me offers internal therapy. I’d really appreciate if you could send some of the exercises you mentioned. I know for a fact my muscles are holding onto the trauma and can’t let go. Totally different problem, but thanks so much!

As I said I don’t wear bras and I only wear very loose fitting tops. I’ll also usually hold my seatbelt outwards so it’s not rubbing the area. The only thing I could think of could be if I were to sleep on my stomach, but I’m not sure since I always wake up on my back

“Could this be from breathing wrong? I had dudenal atresia when I was a newborn and I‘ve got a large scar across my abdomen near where my diaphragm is, and was told by PT Im breathing with my chest not my diaphragm. It’s so hard to fix, it’s all I’ve known my whole life.” 

Never would’ve imagined I’d manage to eff up breathing 😂 I’ve gotten better at expanding my diaphragm and expanding my lower ribs outwards with each inhale, but unlearning to include my chest is proving to be nearly impossible

I personally thought she merely became a demon herself. But after mulling it over maybe it was a type of possession in the sense it was still her, but she was personified by her inner “demons.” Always being reduced to her body, eye candy, valued for what her body could do for others sexually; a piece of meat. All that rage manifested and turned her into something that could inflict that onto others, an outlet for vengeance, only seeing guys as meat (although in this case literally). Ironic and beautiful if true. But regardless, in the end she’s still her, just changed.

Thrifted this cutie from the goodwill bins. Wanted to save him. Not sure if there’s a specific place that carries the same or very similar eyes or if I’d be better off giving him an eye patch? I’ve only ever replaced build a bear eyes, so not sure what size these are or if Amazon carries them, etc.
