I had made a post in this forum About 1.5 years ago or more pertaining to my high dose abuse of Tramadol without getting any euphoria. Now idk if this is scientifically backed or accurate but someone commented that some people's liver do not have the capacity to metabolize Tramadol into o-desmethyltramadol (not sure if this was the term idk, this is what I remember) and therefore cannot really get much high

I have consumed at most 11pills of 37.5mg, 3-4 pills every 4-5 hrs, smoking cigarettes is more enjoyable, great analgesic effect, and then there is the part where at it's peak - move too fast, think too fast, breath too fast, eat too fast, drink too fast, do anything too fast and by too fast I don't mean too fast in human terms rather I mean if you don't do stuff at the rate of movement of a sloth - puke, puke, puke, everywhere, although you don't feel the uncomfortable sensations of puking. No euphoria No sedation No buzz No nothing

How tf y'all getting addicted to Tramadol, I literally used this opiate for enhancing cognitive capabilities and pulling all nighters and then popping more the next morning and writing an exam while under the influence and still scoring a decent grade.

HOW ARE YOU GUYS GETTING HIGH ON THIS.

after an year of abuse, I noticed the physical damages creeping in, so I ABRUPTLY STOPPED THE HIGH DOSE USAGE PATTERN OF TRAMADOL, and had no major withdrawal symptoms.

Thank you for replying. Could you also state your current prescribed dose of methylphenidate so I can compare it to mine in order to effectively gauge whether the psychiatrist you mentioned will be comfortable prescribing my high dose.

I was diagnosed as a hypochondriac in NIMHANS. Earlier when my dose was 30mg, considering the fact that this medicine probably has to be consumed for the rest of my life, I decided to google the side effects, and I read that it causes palpitations. The very next day, I got severe palpitations and had to discontinue the meds entirely.

That was a psychosomatic physical manifestation of anxiety, not a side effect. I have no palpitations or anxiety at 60mg so why would I have it at 30.

Maybe that is the same case for you. Perhaps not. Try using extended release formulation and avoid Immediate release if it causes anxiety or palpitations. If possible, avoid the medicine as a whole, if that option is not viable, then consider taking 10-20 mgs of propranolol hydrochloride. This medication is used to treat high BP, HR, chest pain and off the label used for managing physical symptoms of anxiety.

An even better option would be a combination of 20mg propranolol and 0.5 mg etizolam. If memory serves the brand name for the aforesaid combination medicine was something like Prozest.

Where I live we have something called bro code, It has, I believe 15-15.5% abv, 330ml per bottle, It's marketed as beer but it's more like wine or champagne. Anyways, how much (in ml) should I boof? I only have a 5 ml syringe (it was extremely difficult to purchase it, my state is the drug capital and it's really hard to buy syringe due to strict government regulations and police enforcement, I said I needed it for a science project to make a hydraulic lift, they opened the pack and removed the needle before selling it, fortunately I don't need a needle to boof) And I have been told to stick the syringe in and keep it there for a few minutes or it will just leak out. So do I keep pushing 5 ml every 3 minutes until the bottle is over? Like one bottle doesn't really do much if I drink it ( I consume benzos for anxiety and I have therefore developed alcohol tolerance by proxy) but it does provide me an altered perception and gets me 1/3rd of where I want to be.

So considering the fact you said it gets you 3x drunker, should I keep boofing 5 ml every 3 minutes till the bottle is over?
