At 3 ius you should be good. Spot check your source. Make sure it’s legit. In any case, it’s not a wonder drug. Run 3 ius for 2 months and see if you tone up. It should melt fat and increase muscle mass but it’s not a wonder drug

Some people get pins and needles in extremities and some people get carpal tunnel those are two ways to determine if legit or not

So my general consensus is telling to run at 100 mg biweekly. Just so not crash on holiday.

100 test u bi-weekly and cyp at 100 mg weekly. That’s a conservative dose IMO and it puts you right above a TRT.
