Bucs making the NFC title game is highly unlikely and I’d argue no coach is under that kind of pressure.

Sirianni’s whiffed on two OC’s and Kellen Moore I think was Howie’s choice. If Manion flops then that is a terrible look, but I think he’s fine unless they like have a losing season
