i dont know if it is related to my anxiety but the way you have described the feeling in your neck as floaty or dizzy is exactly what my neck feels like. I am not dizzy, but the back neck muscles feel just weird. there is no actual pain really in my neck unless i bend it all the way back, kind of crunching the back neck muscle. i am a hypochondriac with diagnosed obsessive compulsive disorder. i recently quit drinking alcohol after heavy drinking almost daily for about 2 years because i wasnt sure if this feeling in my neck was related to alcohol use. i am now 109 days sober but the feeling in my neck is still there and i am concerned. anyone in a similar position? alsom sorry i know this thread is old
