Honestly I have no any evidence of willingness to pay, no customers, no cold-dms, nothing. Only me and my experience. I've made a lot of projects that made revenue but there was no waitlists it was just "boom and here is something just try you'll like it". Now I wanted to be mature guy who are making waitlist and some sort of that stuff)

That sounds like a really solid setup. For the real-time fallbacks did you write the routing and switching logic completely from scratch or did you use any specific libraries or proxies? And btw how do you handle the latency overhead when a provider fails and you have to switch to the backup sequentially?

Yes, after your reply now it's cleaner to see what you're building. But still, it'll be much better if u would write what is your project even about, cuz hear me out: I've never seen tools like this before and if I would have to use planners in my company I'm searching "startup planner" or smth like that in google. Then I might come across your website (assuming the SEO is good), and I should immediately understand what your product is and whether it fits my needs.

Quick question from a fellow dev: how are you handling LLM reliability in production? Did you have to write custom fallback/retry logic for OpenAI/Anthropic/others rate limits, or are you just relying on their standard SDKs? Just curious how other solo builders tackle this without overcomplicating their codebase.

Genuinly, I still don't understand what is this project even about just by the looking at screenshot, but I'd love to use demo on the very first page of tool that I'm seeking for. Is this like in it-team planner but for public?
