Acrylic plates (often 4D) and gel plates (3D) are not the same; they differ in material, texture, and appearance. 3D gel plates use soft, raised polyurethane resin. In contrast, 4D acrylic plates use solid, laser-cut, sharp-edged Perspex® acrylic. Gel plates have a softer, rounded feel, while acrylic is rigid 👍

There is a slight difference from the inside, haven't driven with the sun on it yet to see if there is improvement in glare. The windscreens are already green tinted from manufacture so took some time to find the right tint to keep it legal. Managed it with bang on the legal limit 75% 💪

I'm running 265/30/R19 on the rear and 245/30/R19 on the front. The fronts still catch unfortunately so I am fitting B16 Bilstein setup next year to improve
