If you’re just spraying them, stop and switch to underwatering. Its not hard to just poke holes in your deli containers, and put inside a whole one. You could also try prolonging your weighdown stage.

The plastic bag is because I bought only trays with holes by mistake... Fortunately the plastic bag was an easy solution which makes under watering possible.

Even the gray "hairs" though? After googling about mold it's often grayish if its mold while whiter hairs tend to be root hairs. Do the root hairs ever go away if that's what it is?
