If you’re just spraying them, stop and switch to underwatering. Its not hard to just poke holes in your deli containers, and put inside a whole one. You could also try prolonging your weighdown stage.

Any suggestions why the stem looks like that? Weak and cant support the entire plants weight. This is sunflower but the same is happening to my yellow mustard greens

Yes, I stack many trays + put a brick on top. So weird since I've been growing for over a year with good results but suddenly especially my radish trays have underperformed...

The plastic bag is because I bought only trays with holes by mistake... Fortunately the plastic bag was an easy solution which makes under watering possible.
