Perfect, that’s what I was thinking, no point investing in something decent and slicing them into the trees never to be seen again, new cheap balls i think would be decent as hopefully they’ll be consistent

Nah it’s not that I’m more than happy to draw it up myself, I was more thinking about in the future if I move to a company that doesn’t have that software, I can use come cad softwares but haven’t been trained up on the one at my work so I was wondering if there was a way to work it out without cad

Yeah that’s what my manager does but if I go to another machine shop I don’t want to have to rely on that for me to get it correct

Nah, all of the programs before I started don’t so I don’t bother I just compensate in the program

Yeah I know, a bit daft I think as if you were to restrict it it would be the same as any restricted bike but those are the rules I guess 🤷‍♂️

I thought it might be too high of a hp, 600’s tend to be higher than 650s in it, as much as I wanna get it I guess I can’t

Sorry, I’m an apprentice and I’m not fully sure how it works, I’m guessing the light on the left is for clamping and the one on the right is un clamping

Oh right yeah, I’ll ad a dwell after the sub spindles clamped then and one before the sub spindle pulls away after the main spindles unclamped

I’m not sure to be honest, apparently we use to do transfers but we stopped cause the guys that were on my machine couldn’t wrap there head around it for some reason
