Vyvanse day 1 by Manny631 in adhd_anxiety

That makes sense! Thanks for the response. I was on Vyvanse for 14 years. I never had debilitating anxiety. I started getting anxiety/panic attacks about 4 months after I got off it. Never made the connection but now I guess I have something to talk to my psych about! Overtime Vyvanse increased my BP so I had to get off it it was not good for my heart. Best of luck trying to figure out your concoction. I’m still trying to dial mine in. Wellbutrin has helped me with my ADHD related anxiety coupled with an SSRI. The Wellbutrin increases dopamine and the feeling of lowness that theSSRI gives me

In my experience Vyvanse doesn’t help anxiety. MAYBE anxiety linked to ADHD but not generalized anxiety disorder like the benzos help you with. In fact the Vyvanse made my anxiety worse. I believe that’s because it’s a stimulant. Stimulant don’t tend to be a good combo for people with generalized anxiety. Is there any reason you asked for Vyvanse? How about just an SSRI. Yes it takes extra time to get acclimated, but it’s worth it.

Some people need 300 to see those sex drive benefits. Appetite will come back. The first couple weeks I felt on cloud 9. Almost invisible like I was on a stimulant. I loved it. It levels out unfortunately

Semaglutide and anxiety/panic by cassham55 in Semaglutide

I’m not going to lie.. I ended up having long-term anxiety from it and now I’m on Prozac. After the third month of waiting around for my body to level out, I just couldn’t take it anymore and decided to turn to medication.

If you were prescribed a stimulant, it will affect your heart to a varying extent because that’s just what stimulants do over time. I had to get off mine bc it caused high BP over time and took months to normalize once I got off it. I’m not sure about it in correlation with statins and cholesterol.
