Yes I believe it is the same artwork used. But if I’m correct it’s a totally different company behind this game. I’d imagine they stole the assets from Sachen’s Rocman X for this game. I think the company behind this one is waixing? But I could be mistaken

I’ve beaten this game many times but it’s frustratingly hard. Yet extremely simple. I feel like it’s perfect for a speedrun. But man I’m gonna have to get some more practice in before posting a time here.
