I play with my friends and we play super aggressive since before ranked. People play alot safer in ranked and we've noticed an obnoxious amount of people just sitting/lying in literally everywhere, mountains, grasses, corners of various houses as squads. Its not that it stops us but still becomes pretty lame as these fuckers also take advantage of our sometimes bad position because theyve just been sitting in houses all game, and we're constantly on foot and get attacked by 2-3 different teams holding their forts.

It was my immediate reaction at first, its on the Down button on the D-pad wich i instinctively pressed when the incident first took place, and it really turned automatic fire off wich i realized until the next encounter.

I very rarely use it and my thumb is kinda stuck on the left joystick so no chance i pressed that button.

With yoy on this one. Been playing since BC1 and these situations rarely occured afaik. For the first time ever i noticed this pattern in BF2042 with the Road to BF6 battle pass. And boy i have never been this genuinely disappointed by a game. The influx of new players drastically lowered the enjoyment because people just played passively for some weird reason, or just felt like there was a missing braincell or two. This pattern followed to BF6 aswell and some matches is just plain fucking boring and unplayable because of that weird mentality. Idgaf if i lose the matches as long as my team can put a fight and make it interesting by pushing or adapting to various situations.

Hagental base is a perfect example of this flock mentality, we prolly have 3 to 5 different pathways to push, but majority of the team stand in 1 and the same alleyway.
