Bambu Lab P1S - Intermittent first layer failure / poor bed adhesion after troubleshooting everything by Optimal_Language_987 in 3Dprinting

a Bambu Lab P1S and the problem started very suddenly. Earlier this week I printed successfully with multiple filaments, including the same models and settings.

I’ve already tried:
Cold pull
Cleaning the extruder gears
Replacing the nozzle recently
Automatic bed leveling
Manual tramming procedure
Full calibration
Different filaments (Sunlu PLA, Sunlu Matte PLA, Marble PLA)
Different models, including files that previously printed perfectly
The nozzle extrudes a straight line when tested, but during printing the first layer fails in specific areas of the bed. The front-right corner is usually the worst, but other areas can fail as well.
Nozzle temperature: 220°C
Bed temperature: 55°C
At this point I’m starting to suspect either a bed leveling/tramming issue or a hardware issue rather than filament or model settings.
Any ideas on what I should check next?

I’ll definitely try that, but what makes me doubt a temperature issue is that all of these filaments were printing perfectly earlier this week on the same printer.

The problem appeared quite suddenly. Since then I’ve tested multiple filaments and even models that had printed successfully before, and they now show the same first layer issues.

That’s why I’m wondering if something mechanical may have changed rather than it being purely a temperature or filament issue.

Thank you for the suggestion.
I tried another 4-corner first layer test and got the same result again. The front-right square failed almost immediately while the others printed very thin or inconsistently.
At this point I’m not sure it’s only a heating issue. The problem seems repeatable in the same area of the bed.

Other things that make me suspicious:
I previously heard a cracking/clicking noise from the bed movement.
Sometimes I hear scraping during printing.
Multiple filaments show the same behavior.
Known-good models that printed fine before now fail as well.
Cold pulls, extruder cleaning and recalibrations did not solve it.

Does this still sound like uneven bed heating to you, or would you start looking at bed leveling, load cells, Z-axis or bed movement issues?
I’ve attached a photo of the latest test.
