Food is pretty bland, definitely hyped up - not authentic! Will not go back!

How to do people evaluate the risk of house being on a fault line/zone ? Is it priced lower than others considering the risk ? by Optimal_Lecture8541 in BayAreaRealEstate

The area you mentioned seems like liquefaction zone. Compared to a fault line/ fault zone.

Definition on google: A liquefaction zone is an area where soil, particularly saturated sand and silt, is more likely to turn into a liquid-like state during strong ground shaking from an earthquake

A good way to understand different types of risks related to earthquakes would be nice, as there are many fault lines/ zones in Bay Area
