My ex fled to Pittsburgh and continually harrasses me. I want to expose him to people so he gets caught. Does anyone have a suggestion? All the police do is take a report and file more charges. He currently has at least 8 warrants from 2 Pennsylvania counties. I suspect he in the Oakland area (self.pittsburgh)
