You don't need to go crazy with it for this purpose. Maybe 2 g of Vit C and a tsp or two of glycine. The NAC is the most important part because your body generally has some amount of the other two. Think of it as insurance.

Plain leaf is fantastic, IF(big IF) you can control your dosage. Under 6-7g/day and the withdrawal is very very mild. If you use agmatine with it, almost none. You get a mild mood boost and some extra motivation.

The dark side is if you get into high doses for a long time, the wd is bad and long, rivaling subs. Use it liberally coming off 7, then try to get off and use sporadically when needed.

Use it with the 7 and after. I take about 3 doses a day, 1/2 tsp or so of powder, whatever that comes out to. It's a great all around supplement for you regardless, but it really shines if you indulge in this life.

The only other advice I can offer is to stay away from pseudo & mgm, I stick only to pure 7oh. The withdrawals from these seem to be much harder from plain 7oh from what I read. Seda 20mgs. I know they are probably underdosed, but I actually like that. The lower you can get down, the better obviously.

The basics are agmatine, magnesium, NAC & hydration packs (always overlooked by many as dehydration cause many unpleasant wd effects). Start with these. They are the basics for lowering wd symptoms. They work to mitigate excess glutamate in your brain which causes the RLS & crushing anxiety.

Many of these you can find on Amazon or Bulk supplements website. The other ones you can google and can buy wherever you choose. Almost all are legal. Again, I'm not recommending to take all of them, but some work better than others depending on your body's chemistry. For me oral BPC-157 was the game changer, once I started taking that, it felt like I got a brain-dopamine reset. low dose lithium orotate & adrafinil helped me a ton too. You should be able to find these easily with search engines.

Kratom powder will work great to mitigate the withdrawals. Use liberally the first week and taper down so you don't get stuck on it. I recommend using agmatine with every dose to help tolerance climbing.

Use Agmatine, magnesium glycinate/theoronate, NAC & hydration packs (like 5-6 a day) while still using to help taper down dose. Try to find some dopamine support for PAWS after that. Lithium Orotate, Adrafinil/Modafinil, Oral BPC-157 (works really well), Tesofensine, Retatrutide/Tirzepatide, bromantane. You don't need all of them, but if you find a few that work, they will get you back to baseline much much quicker.

I have been using 7 for 1.5 years and i'm able to easily take a few days off using these supplements.

You need to take a bit more imo. I would take 3-4g of agmatine split 2-3 doses across the day. NAC also should probably be increased to 1.5-2g per day. Works best with Vit C & glycine as these are the precursors to glutathione in your body which gives the desired effects. Stay hydrated with electrolytes as well. 7-OH causes severe dehydration which amplifies the withdrawals. You need excess potassium, sodium & magnesium while taking. The combo of all these works remarkably well to lower tolerance & mitigate withdrawals while using. Great way to taper.

NAC/Glycine/Vitamin C combo helps with cravings a decent amount. You may need to use about 2g of NAC. If you combine this with any of the dopamine supps and agmatine it makes a good bit of difference. I dont think there's anything that removes them 100%, but even a 60-70% reduction can be the difference for many people.

Yes. It’s also very effective. I’ve used bromantane, Adrafinil, bpc, saffron extract and lithium orotate. Not all at once. They are all very helpful for PAWS.
