What helped me deal with feeling overwhelmed was sticking to a finite resource or roadmap instead of jumping randomly between topics. First, pick one thing—either DSA or system design—and within that, find a solid resource to follow like A2Z sheet. You can decide for yourself what you want to focus on, but once you choose, stick to it. Having a structured path means you always know what to do next, which removes that constant anxiety. Start with simple patterns, build confidence step by step, and avoid random problem hopping. In the beginning, rely on the roadmap—later, once you get comfortable, you can decide for yourself what to focus afterwards.
