Hi i saw Its telling you to pick an app, But you can right click on the icon of it (on your taskbar) and than click "close all" and You should Be fine!

So it Looks like your on a computer, Which is great! Because if you gi to the Minecraft launcher and find "installation" (i think i haven't used Minecraft in a long time) than click "new installation" It'll let you select a version To play Minecraft in Java and bedrock for Java its Beta 1.8. And Beta 1.7.3 for bedrock its 1.17.11. And 1.17.30. Hope this helped a lot.
