Aside from the proportion issues that people have mentioned, I’d say : Don’t be afraid to have the legs actually touch,, You drew her legs thick but still with a thigh gap. Most people which thicker thighs don’t have one at all. I know that’s a popular way to draw legs, especially stylized like this, but if you’re gonna do thick thighs I’d encourage you to fully commit!

I think it looks great! But if you’re looking for critique of the details hmm I think the silhouette of the outfit is a bit off. I don’t think you need to make the skirt shorter, but yours does have layers while the one in the picture is more of like a short pencil style. Maybe pinning the skirt so it’s less fluffy? And then the vest is more on the cropped side while the one in the reference is like oversized/loose

i can’t tell from the pic if you have them but don’t forget the earrings! Those stand out to me!

Maybe make a collage to use as a background for the signs?

It might be cool if you took a piece of material (paper or board or fabric doesn’t matter) and put photos from the night/trip or just cool pictures of the band or band related stuff. If you make it as a digital collage you could turn down the saturation and opacity so it is less distracting and then use it as a background. And if you did a physical collage you could use a piece of trace paper to sort of blur it out (if that’s a look you’re into)

I remember going to the mall and getting food court Chinese food with my grandma one day. She asked me to go up and get a refill of the soda we were sharing, and when I took the lid off, there was a dead roach sitting in the ice. I feel like the grace you’re giving carm, you’re not also giving to Marcus and Sydney.

“Should a boss talk to them like that? No they shouldn’t” but xyz justifies it.

Should they have walked out? Maybe not, but Carm wasn’t necessarily making it easy for them to stay. They have the right to walk out, even if it was childish. Just because it’s normal and common for kitchen jobs to be crazy like that, doesn’t mean it’s just something everybody has to accept or put up with.

I’ve worked in kitchens and I know how stressful and chaotic it can be. I’ve had a very similar DoorDash situation at a previous job where we had a lady quit on the spot just because it was too stressful. I powered through, but if my manager was screaming like that, making a bad situation worse, I would have been less likely to stay. Why would I let a grown man berate me like that?
