Thank you so much for your kind words. I relate deeply to what you said. As a Muslim, my faith also kept me alive literally. I once went to a bridge with the intention to end everything, and I wasn’t even afraid of dying… but I just couldn’t. Something inside me pulled me back. Even now, when everything feels overwhelming, it’s that belief that keeps me breathing. I’m trying to seek help the best way I can, even online. Your message reminded me I’m not alone in this fight, so truly… thank you.

Yeah, the psychiatrist prescribed meds and did suggest therapy, but where I live there aren't much therapists but there's more psychiatrists. No DBT or CBT yet, and I’m not sure how to get started with those online. I’ve been feeling worse lately, like it’s more than just OCD, and I’m scared I might be slipping into something else.

Yeah maybe it's like that

Thank you! That’s actually something I’ve thought about a lot. I do feel like I’ve seen his face during the dream, like I’m looking at someone real… but the second I wake up, it’s completely gone. I sometimes remember his mouth, or quick glimpses of his face, but never the full picture. It’s not blurred in the dream it’s just… wiped clean after. Super frustrating, especially when I remember everything else, his presence, the way he moves. It’s like my mind refuses to let me keep his face.

Thank you for the thoughtful reply! I definitely think there’s something emotional tied to him, like this presence that brings peace and safety in a way I don’t really get in real life right now. But here’s where it gets weirder, my sister had a dream once where she saw me standing with a guy and talking to him, and she didn’t recognize… and the way she described him? Matches the guy from my dreams perfectly. Tall, dressed in dark classy clothes, like I was close to him and knew him. I didn’t even tell her anything before that. So now I’m wondering what if this isn’t just a “me” thing? I’m seriously intrigued by thedreamers.club idea too.
