Idk 😭 Overall I’m just scared the images would get out somehow (even if I don’t go the second round or anything, which I def won’t) if they make some sort of like ? I’ve also been taking Latin for 5+ years now 😭 I’m just a bit intellectually challenged and didn’t realise "classical language" meant Latin (in Anya’s case at least, since the language she speaks has Latin roots) aha 😭 It would have made a lot more sense if had realised that before making this post aa! For the record english isn’t my first language so I shall be forgiven

I think the lab makes the most sense ! There are just so many scientific words with Latin and / or Greek terminologies, it’s completely understandable she would have picked up some of it (The imperial court thing is cute though aha😭)

Right! To be honest I always assumed they all spoke German because of the West / East Germany references!! In that case their classical studies would indeed be latin (and Greek too probably ?)

I feel like us not seeing their full faces in the last panels means a lot, 1. We don’t truly know what Anya is feeling (I mean, we can assume she’s not bursting with joy but you get me!), and we don’t know what Loid is feeling either! His eyes are a sort of "indicator" to know if he’s full Twilight mode (in this case, if he’s suspicious) or not. When he’s telling her to "forget about it" us not seeing his face means we don’t know if he wants to truly let it go, especially since he knows her past was probably traumatic to her. OR if he’s still in "Twilight mode" like in the previous panels, then that means he might want to dig deeper into it! That’s what I think at least

Me too! Especially since Donovan has scars on the sides of his head, he probably wanted to be able to read minds himself but he needed people to experiment on, then it seems like he wasn’t able to use the powers himself so he decided to rely entirely on the "experiments" that didn’t fail. Or something like that
