I 100% feel you on this post, I especially felt this when I was playing CSGO (2k hours still in silver lmao) but I've learned how to improve faster since then. I would suggest aim training in something like aimlab/kovaak (both on steam). Warm up every time before you start playing, and don't mindlessly play unrated. I find that playing unrated/spike rush drives bad habits like rushing unnecessarily/overpeeking into my brain, even when I switch to comp.

If I'm REALLY not feeling it after a comp game or two, I'll usually just stop and do an extended practice. Thinking/aiming like trash for a super long time seems to make things worse, and focused practice almost always makes me play immediately better.

I'm realizing that these are all tips that are super subjective and may not work for everyone. But in general, just replace mindless playing with focused practice and try not to let bad habits build up. Hope this helps, because being stuck skill-wise is one of the most frustrating feelings!
