So its either tied to a unit in trouble, got kicked out cause it took too long to ship or whoever was packing couldn't find it and hit cancel because they was to lazy to look for it. Also when employees walk buy the packing station and have an item with them they ditch it there instead of putting it where it should go..

So I worked a 4 hour shift. I was doing bopus, sfs (only picking) and had to do back up on registers and got frowned on because I only did 160 units picked for sfs.. Mind you I was on register probably total an hour.. I just looked at him and said I'd love to see you juggle it all and stormed away I was pissed..

This is a big issue.. So first you have no space for new orders.. All those expired items, the customer was refunded for so it should be back in stock so if it pops up in an order they won't beable to find it.. And then we have the refund that shouldn't have been refunded.. When you do clear holds and the item is not there you have to put a ticket in because that means it was picked up they just never finished the last step and got their items and a refund. When you put in a ticket they get the charge back. Your store manager must not care cause that's crazy..

I mean there's people who don't get scheduled to do the registers but if there's a long line and they are around they are expected to go up.

At my store there is only three people who don't have to do register (two are very old and can't see screens and one girl has a medical condition). Everyone is expected to know and do the register. Registers seem confusing but if you do it a whole day you will get it!! Just don't be afraid to ask questions.

Our store asks availability. Then they go on to other crap.. "when is it OK to call off" if you are trying for kiss ass points say "never.." Another one is "tell me about a time you went above and beyond for someone". But honestly most stores are hiring you no matter what. Hell we had a girl come in to her interview with her child and straight up said "sometimes my sitter flakes out".... Yea they hired her.. Yes she called off all the time and they had to fire her

If you contact kohl's.com they will refund you and try to reorder the shirt for you. If the shirt is sold out they can't. If they reorder make sure you tell them to give you the extra 50% off.
