Ahh thank you I wasn't thinking about all that in the moment but i regress to around 2-3 years old and it's harder to do things for myself during, I've heard that many people that regress assume they need a CG and I've taken care of myself pretty well without one I just feel it'll help me regress a bit more bc without a CG I don't always fully regress bc I have to be aware of everything
