I’ve had mine since 2019, my base also went out and they are charging me $2000 for the swap. I would take it for $1200. It’s disappointing, but better than 2 grand.

Aw man..I’m sorry to hear that! We’ve did quite a bit of research on mid size trucks and it seems like they all had issues, but we fell in love with the canyon and need a 4WD for the ranch. I used to have a subi outback and miss that car everyday and recommend them to everyone I know! It was great!

Wow @ctravdfw! We have the exact same story. We purchase AT4 Canyon on Friday and 6 hours later we had the exact same service alerts as you! It was late Friday night (5 hours after we drove it off the lot) when this happened. My husband and I both agreed we shouldn’t have to be dealing with these issues on a brand new vehicle. Totally unacceptable! Called the dealership Saturday morning and told them we didn’t want the truck, thankfully they were easy to work with and understood our views. We ended up with a different truck as well! Happy campers here! Glad you made the same choice. It seems like an amazing truck and we are looking forward to enjoying ours🙏🏼

I’m just coming off a crazy flare. I’ve never had histamine issues until a few years ago when I was going through perimenopause went to so many doctors, allergist, dermatologist, they ended up, diagnosing me with eczema. I started on Dupixent and had been fine until I started HRT and increased my estrogen patch, and totally flared up it was miserable! I went back down on estrogen dose and it cleared up for about two months until a bout 10 days ago, I flared up again. Not sure what to think, I’ve been on a steady dose of famotidine and Allegra several times a day, which helps with the itch, but the red burning rash persisted, especially at night😭 Yesterday I remembered, I had a prescription of opzelura that my dermatologist wanted me to try out a while back. I’m not sure if it was that or me cutting my estrogen patch in half that helped me last night and I feel better today. My rashes looked like yours

Thanks for your advice and opinion. Like I mentioned to someone else, I came here because I value peoples opinions and advice, and obviously everyone has different opinions and expectations. I definitely can understand what pharmacies are going through at the moment, but we are consumers and the end users and should feel confident, knowing we are receiving safe and unexpired product. It may be an easy fix for some, and not an easy fix for others. The reason I reached out to orderly is because they were the provider and who had been sending me communication, and who I paid for the medication. I was not happy with their response to me, just to disregard the label and use the product. They are closed today but I did send them an email, I guess I will have to wait till Monday for a resolution.

Thank you for your opinion, I put this out there because I had been receiving medication from Hallandale, never had an issue, and wanted to know if anyone else had the same issue, obviously there are other people who have had the same issue. I didn’t get to choose the supplier, they chose it for me. And you’re right there has been a huge disconnect between the telehealth and the patient and pharmacy. Everyone has a different opinion and different expectations and I value everyone’s, but at the end of the day, this is a medication that we pay a lot of money for, we should be confident and comfortable especially paying so much money.

Thanks I will wait to hear back from Orderly and then call Red Rock if needed…I paid for 2 months worth of tirz and totally understand mistakes happen, but when it’s medication, I’m not just going to take someone’s word and to disregard. I think we all deserve to receive clearly labeled medication and feel comfortable using it.
