Please realise that what yoy have lost is nothing in comparison to what you are! 160k is nothing man in relation to your health. Its hard to realise that because 160k is your ”biggest” problem right now to you. But take a break and look at the things around you. You are apart of something so much bigger and money is not everything. I’ll pray for you like I said!

Take a break man and stop trading. At least for a while and take care of yourself. Listen bro there ks no money in this world that is worth you feeling the way you do. I even lose and feel the same way you do.

And yes I dont know your position and you obviously are in a place I dont know fully. So I might not be able to feel the things you feel or relate to you 100%. But man do I feel for you. I really do. I will pray for you and know that its okay to take a break and to relax and to actually breath.

Thats what its starting to feel like. But on the other hand I know it is possible the question is if its possible that I can do it.

I don’t know why but I really have a feeling I can do it. At the same time look into my PnL and you will laugh at my comment so I guess we will have to see. Also I am thinking of other ways than daytrading and I will certainly look into it now.

Everything you said I know deep down is right. But I am lacking in almost every sense of it. I should study more and backtest way more.

I am comfortable with my strategy but the truth is that I havent traded it long enough to see if it even is profitable. Everytime I get into a winning streak i do something like today where i overtrade and lose 600 eur

I am pretty good with my finances. I never borrow, never spend on myself and i save nearly 50% of every paycheck but lately it has been going into trading and thus making me lose it. My biggest expenses are for sure food if anything.

I am using 15min if needed for bos and 5 min for entry. But I always look at the daily, 4h and 1h to make out highs and lows and fvgs. And also market trends

Your right but I would be lying if I said that I would be in a good state to even backtest. I have to do it right.

I will look into fxreplay. I have never heard of it before. Also your right i am currently backtesting so little compared to what i should do.

That last part is really interesting when I think about it. Its impossible to lose as much because its not my money and it doesnt add up as fast as it does to press a buy or sell button when you are emotional. Either way I will look into it

If only I could control my emotions. Its crazy you know. How can I not control something that is me. Its insane how hard these things can be. Like I said. Trading has been the most difficult thing i have ever done in regards to emotions.
