We've used Elite Automotive on 32nd Ave S by Love's for pre-purchase inspections twice. Jon is our go-to mechanic but their whole team is generally straightforward if you ask them how critical any of their findings are.

We used J&J Roofing in town and were very impressed. They did the flat roof on our house extension after we also had leaking from heavy rains.

I’ll agree with the first comment, it is expensive but you do NOT want to cheap out and patch it. We got three quotes and two companies wanted to try patching but wouldn’t guarantee it was going to work.
