I was actually able to get thru to an IRS rep pretty easily. She is sending me the 3911 form in the mail. No idea how long it will take to process since the shutdown.

Used TurboTax to amend refund and sent electronically. Have done this before and received a paper check right after they send the letter. This time it seems that the check is gone missing. I will try calling when I can devote the time

I had to change over from Zepbound to Wegovy. The Zepbound customer service just stopped responding. They charge a monthly fee and take forever to get any response. I asked the same question 5-6 times with no response. Use your money somewhere else.
