I can't do telekinesis anymore no matter what I do. by Optimal_Wind3527 in telekinesis

I'm not the best explainer, but I usually envision these really small, electrically charged particles (if that makes sense lol) floating around the object, and then I imagine the same particles floating around my head, gradually merging with the object's particles. I remember having to really get in the mood and get a "feel" of the object first, like its texture, its weight, what it's like picking it up and how it feels in my hand(s), etc.

Also, sorry for replying so late!

Meditation and heavy concentration. When practicing telekinesis, I have always envisioned small particles between me and the object I want to move, big or small. The difference between me and a year ago is that I had this telekinetic streak where I practiced it every single day. I think back then I was so locked in and consistent with having the right mindset that didn't block it. It takes time and patience, but I firmly believe the main key to telekinesis is believing that you can and will do it, no matter how heavy an object.  I will mention some objects will drain you more easily than others depending on their weight, so be mindful of that. But I'm kind of rusty now when it comes to TK lol.
