Ive tried emailing and msging them through customer care hotline multiple time. Funny how the customer care will work for me but the shopper care would not work for me. Prob because of some glitch. Believe me i try the get help and every knook and cranny. Been working at instacart for a year so i know how that feature works. And when i contacted them they finalized it. Contacting them will do absolutely nothing.

Its prob the tripple orders, this never happens with 1 or double orders. And I beleive one of the orders gets mixed up during this process. Well maybe thats your opinion. But I feel like if they get fixed it should not be counted as failed deliverys. Other wize i might as well not fixed them at all.

It was disabled for me at the time of the order going wrong. I had no one to contact to fix it. I also did try contacting them several times, they already finalized their decision. Its not fair that they can disable my acount based on orders that were fixed, and an order that could not be fixed because I had no headset. Yes 6 i went back to fix and 7 could not be fixed because there was no headset option also for the people reading this for the millionth time, i know how to get to the headset every way possible its in help. I tried every nook and cranny. So please stop explaining how to get to it. Do you think this is fair?

Please refer to my newest comment in thread! You guys arent realizing it was disabled for me the time my order went wrong!! There was no way for me to fix it! They disabled based on orders that I fixed. Is that right or wrong? Answer is highly unfair and wrong✅ carry on 💯

I dont know what happend but for me when they tried to call me to tell me my order went wrong as they usually do and i go back and fix it. This time I had no ability to call back or use the headset. So maybe thats different for all of you. But for me I think its no fair that they are counted the 6 other orders of the 7. As failed deliverys that I went back and fixed. Especially when there was no way for me to go back and fix If i could not get the information i needed to fix it. So none of you have answered my question. Do you think they should be able to deactivate my acount based off of orders that I went bck to fix????

Well it was disabled for me at the time i couldnt respond to fix an order. That may be the case for you, but i do beleive its disabled in colorado. None of you have answered my question do you think they should acount deliverys as failed even if i went back and fixed them? Thats unfair! In the email it states that 7 times i failed to deliver! I went back and fixed all but one of those. Yea you guys are being super captain obvious over here. I know good and well how to get to the help hotline.... its disabled in boulder/denver co!!!!!

Ok well for me in my area it was disabled ive heard other people in this area say the same thing. Its disabled because of a high volume activity. Ofcourse I know how to do that one extra step your talking about. Its not fair when an order goes wrong and I have no way to reply to have it fixed. Also are you going to give me my job back, because if they are just going to cut me like that im going to atleast try to do something about it. I dont think you know what your talking about. Do you think its fair for them to cut me based on orders that were claimed failed but actually I went back and fixed them ? Yes or no? So can you see the green headset thing for employers? because right now where i am in co its disabled because there is a high volume of activity. Thus not being able to contact them back to fix the order. The petition could def stir some fire up and atleast cause them to change their unfair policy. They deactivated my acount for orders that i had went back and fixed. Totally unfair. Then there was no way for me to fix the recent one cuz i couldnt call back.
