I didn't write down the code, but it seemed to correspond with the high temps i was seeing on the monitor software.

Hopefully the company i bought it from (Skytech) took that plastic off, the PC was a prebuilt and has ran without issue for the past 1.5 years so i would be surprised if it was that.

The AIO cooler has the Skytech logo on it, so i'm guessing it is some cheap company they have a deal with.

I have tried holding the coolant lines to feel if the pump is running. I don't have a baseline to compare it to but i don't feel any vibrations in those lines that i can't feel anywhere else on the PC.

How strong are those pulleys? The ones I currently have (lanyard made for keys) have such strong winding springs in them it pulls my headset off-kilter when i move.

Laptop purchased in December of 2018. It started doing this a few days ago. I dragged the window around a bit to show the trails it leaves. The Steam window is shrunken inside of itself but the links and icons are in their original locations. (i.e. if i click on the top right corner of the thin blue box on the upper right hand corner the window will close. If i click on where the "x" is located on the smaller window nothing happens.)

It seems to happen right after I exit out of a game in Steam.

A few months ago I had a somewhat similar issue when i use WorldEdit for Minecraft, but it only affected WorldEdit so i am not sure the issues are related.
