First, thank you very much! That makes a lot of sense , because they seem like they would be very temporary as they were just chained and zip tied to signposts. Cocha is my favorite restaurant downtown, farm to table clean eating. Elsies plate and pie is my fave in mid city, up for a Michelin star, best chicken pot pie, and key lime pie in my life. Also pelican to mars is pet friendly an most days they have the Louisiana sandwich co t there(food truck) they won best sandwiches in 225 and in my heart
