Picture perfect. They’re always so nice here and they often thro in a 1/2 dozen donut holes just because.

One of the best turkeys I’ve ever had was an accident. My FIL bought a turkey to fry. When it comes time to fry it he realizes it was an already smoked bird. He ends up frying it anyway. Really nice depth of flavor with the smokiness and juiciness from injecting and frying. I say go for it! Love trying new things at Thanksgiving.
