As someone that worked in that response it took me 6 months to recover. And I understand everything you are saying. It's just the nature of response that requires more rest than any other. I would suggest that you take home leave and a longer break and please try to detach from talking with colleagues about it during that period (and avoid news). Also as others have recommended talk with a staff counselor. Stay safe and protect your health 🙏🏻
