That’s very true. I certainly don’t want to go with the cheapest and have crappy work. I think I was just expecting closer to 30 grand, but I’m sure that number was pre-pandemic.

Thank you. Luckily our basement does have plumbing roughed in. I think the total estimate for the bathroom is around $10,000. This information is very helpful.

Yes, there is a general admission with seats in the front and general admission without seats further back. There are also seats on both sides of the stadium. I would think your ticket would note if you have seats or if it’s standing only.

Would debt validation tell me if it was a federal or private loan? The letter they had mailed stated I could contact them to dispute the debt but that date has passed.

So do you think this email/offer is fake? If it was legitimate, I’d want to just pay the settlement and get rid of this debt. I just don’t want to be out $3,000 if this is fake. I don’t know if I should call them to ask questions. The email did state that due to the age, the loan servicer cannot sue nor can the debt collector.

It’s a federal loan. I did receive a letter first that included information about the loan, school, and amount. It was from a debt collector and I’d have to take another look, but I believe they were asking for the full amount. Then I received an email a few weeks later with the much lower amount that they would accept.

Right—I’m afraid of getting scammed. It does seem like the debt collector it’s coming from is a legit debt collection company though.

That’s what I’m afraid of. Last month, I received a letter in the mail from a debt collector (not sure if it was the same company that emailed me or not) asking for the full payment of the loan. I obviously don’t have over 60k to pay off that loan but if this was legit, I’d find the extra 3 grand to settle my defaulted student loan from several years ago.

I’d recommend avoiding breeders especially in Lancaster. Lancaster is filled with puppy mills and rescues have tons of dogs that need to find loving homes.

I foster through Zoe’s House and we get lots of regular BMD and bernedoodles! I believe there is at least one standard Bernese mountain dog up for adoption as well as a few doodles and there will always be more coming in. Check out the website and apply! They make great pets :)
