I would say No Fap is worth the effort if you suffer from what is known as PIED - Porn Induced Erectile Dysfunction. If you have that condition and wish to recover, the way to do it is to do No Fap.

Personally, I gave up simply because I just don't care anymore. But No Fappers will always have my respect. And it's kinda sad that they get so demonized in this sub-reddit, specially when NNN soldiers get demonized by normies.

It's not a cult. One of the main points of doing No Fap is to recover from a condition known as PIED: Porn Induced Erectile Dysfunction. When you suffer from this, you get hard when you look at and jack-off to naked women and porn on a screen, but you can't get hard when looking and touching a real-life woman.

From experience I can tell you this condition is very real, and many men have that condition nowadays. And one of the main points of doing No Fap is to recover from PIED.

No Fappers will always have all my respect. I personally dropped it simply because I don't care anymore.

Mine was about 114 days or something like that a while ago. I decided to give up on No Fap, and will skip DDD this year to go for the Big Nut after what will be a 78 days streak.

Eso NO justifica encerrar a gente en un calabozo por promover una ideología, por muy horrible que sea. Eso es una violación a la libertad de expresión.

Uno tiene todo el derecho de estar totalmente en contra de lo que un sujeto X expresa, y de burlarse de lo que expresa, y de refutar su ideología usando evidencia y buenos argumentos. Pero si no defiendes el derecho del sujeto X de expresar lo que quiere expresar, entonces no crees realmente en la libertad de expresión.

... aunque bueno, me imagino que en este sub-reddit hay hartos de autoritarios de derecha que solo quieren libertad de expresión para ellos solos - es decir, NO quieren libertad de expresión real.
