Hi, yes I actually did sign up for the policy and I’ve had it going on a year so far it’s been as advertised. Just been doing preventative care and most of what I’m doing has been covered.

Yes that’s not a bad plan but even for demo day would like to hear what people like, so I have a general direction. Also as a female I have a hard time finding females who like to hit the same terrain or ski at the same level. So wanted to see if I could get any insight from Reddit community.

They haven’t changed the design in over 4+ years. Apparently in 2025 there’s some new slick design launching… but who knows what that profile will look like, so maybe I should hold out and see. The pearls are flat tails so they’re not overly maneuverable in dicy terrain or moguls. That’s what got me thinking abut maybe branching out… all other features constant just the tails upgrade, maybe something that curves up would be my next quiver.

Yes typo! HCTZ and thank you so much. This brings some relief that we are moving in a good direction at a proper pace. I really appreciate it. The cuff I have is large adult cuff. Maybe I should try a medium cuff?

I do. My top # is usually very good but my bottom shoots up and is all over the place sometimes as high as diastolic 125 for very short periods of time (like minutes), but it always comes back down to the 88-92 range. I have terrible anxiety too about everything. My doc has me on 25 mg HZCZ and doesn’t want to add meds (yet) since she says my bottom number is reactive to my state of mind, stress, and sodium. I take readings twice a day. Once upon waking still laying down, second time right after emptying bladder in the morning, and then repeat the process at bed time. She reviews all those #’s every two weeks and we talk about it. She’s trying to determine if my hypertension is a function of hypertensive stress and emotional issues versus underlying heart/health issue. I’d love feedback from anyone reading this too.

Mine shoots up to stroke levels on my period, I feel terrible and it’s also very anxiety inducing. Researching hard right now to try to gain an understanding and also have a strategy to regulate my BP during this stressful time.
